Welcome to the Project FoMo community! Before you proceed with utilizing our services and engaging with our community, it is essential that you carefully read and understand these Terms & Conditions. These terms, along with our Community Guidelines, form the fundamental basis of your experience with Project FoMo and are designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and supportive environment for all members. Your engagement with Project FoMo signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Payment Terms

1.1. Payment Processing: All payments for your subscription will be processed securely through Stripe each month. Funds will be deducted automatically on a recurring basis.

1.2. Payment Responsibility: It is solely the client’s responsibility to ensure that payment methods remain active and updated (e.g., updating card details if the current one expires).

1.3. Late Payments: If your payment is declined or delayed for any reason, you will be notified immediately. Please resolve all payment issues as soon as possible to avoid any interruption in your access to services. We recommend setting up reminders on your phone before your due date to notify you of the payment date. After five consecutive failed payment attempts, your access to the community groups will be automatically revoked without further notice.

1.4. Reactivation Policy: If your access to the community is removed due to failed payments or voluntary cancellation, rejoining the program will require signing up as a new client, subject to the current prices and terms prevailing at the time of re-enrollment.

1.5. Chargebacks and Disputes: Should a chargeback or payment dispute be initiated for any transaction, Project FoMo reserves the right to immediately suspend your access to all community services and coaching support until the matter is fully resolved.

1.6. Payment Confirmation: By signing up and providing your payment information, you confirm that your payment details are correct, and you authorize Project FoMo to charge you on a monthly basis according to your selected plan.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. No Refunds: Project FoMo operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once payment has been successfully processed for a given period, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations or any interruptions in service.

2.2. Pre-Cancellation Notice: If you decide to cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date, you must provide notification to Project FoMo at least 72 hours prior to the renewal date. Failure to provide timely notice will result in your being charged for the upcoming billing cycle, and once payment is processed, no refund can be issued.

2.3. Paused Accounts: If you choose to pause your membership, any payments made for the period leading up to the pause are non-refundable. Upon resuming your membership, your regular billing cycle will continue from that point.

3. Subscription Cancellation and Pausing

3.1. Pausing Your Subscription: Should you require a temporary break from the program, you have the option to pause your subscription for a maximum duration of two (2) months. During this designated pause period, you will not be charged. Your membership will automatically resume at the conclusion of the pause period.

3.2. Cancelling Your Subscription: To permanently cancel your subscription, you must message Coach Taha, who will assist you through the cancellation process. Once your subscription is canceled, you will immediately lose access to all associated communities (Facebook and WhatsApp), all proprietary content, and all services. Should you decide to return at a later date, you will be required to sign up again as a new client and will be subject to the pricing and terms applicable at the time of re-enrollment.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

5.1. Results May Vary: Project FoMo provides expert guidance, resources, and community support to assist you on your health and fitness journey. However, it is crucial to understand that individual results will vary significantly. Outcomes are highly dependent on factors such as personal effort, consistency, adherence to the program, individual physiology, and other personal circumstances.

5.2. Medical Advice: The coaching and information provided by Project FoMo are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or medical professional before commencing any new fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. Project FoMo does not diagnose, treat, or cure any diseases.

 

5.3. Responsibility: By participating in Project FoMo, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own health, safety, and well-being. This includes assuming any and all risks associated with physical activity and dietary changes.

6. Coaching Limitations

6.1. Group Coaching Support: While our group coaching model provides invaluable community support, shared learning, and general guidance, it may not offer the same level of individualized attention and personalization as one-on-one coaching. We recommend addressing any highly personal or sensitive issues directly with either Coach Taha or Coach Sameet.

6.2. No Guaranteed Results: Project FoMo provides the tools, knowledge, and support necessary for your success. However, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results. Your achievement of goals is fundamentally dependent on your sustained effort, consistency, and dedication to implementing the program’s principles. Individual progress will always vary.

7. No Personal Favors

As part of our commitment to maintaining a professional coaching environment that benefits all members equally, we kindly request that all interactions and requests remain strictly focused on your personal health, fitness, and nutrition goals and progress within the confines of the program. Our coaching support is specifically designed to help you achieve sustainable and evidence-based health, fitness, and nutrition outcomes – it is not intended to address personal favors or requests that fall outside the defined scope of the program. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and respect for these boundaries, which enable us to serve you and the entire community effectively and equitably.

8. Modifications to Terms

Project FoMo reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. You will be notified in advance of any significant changes to these terms. Your continued participation in the program following such notification signifies your acceptance of any updated or modified terms.
